Terms

Terms for using Palyra.

These terms cover the Palyra website and payment-route operations workspace.

Effective 8 September 2026

The service

Palyra brings payment, provider, market, settlement, reconciliation, monitoring, and route-decision evidence into an independent operating workspace. Controlled data imports are available now. Recurring provider connections and governed operating rules remain in development. Palyra does not move or hold funds, execute retries, change routing, underwrite merchants, or act as merchant of record.

Your responsibilities

  • Use only data you are authorized to review.
  • Sanitize exports before import and exclude cardholder, customer, credential, and secret data.
  • Check material findings against the original provider records before acting.
  • Use the service lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or misuse it.

No financial or professional advice

Results are operational indicators based on the files supplied. They are not financial, accounting, legal, tax, compliance, fraud, underwriting, or routing advice. Matching rules and route comparisons may be incomplete or misleading where exports use different time windows, currencies, identifiers, cohorts, or fee treatments.

Your data and permitted processing

You retain rights in data you provide. You authorize Palyra to validate, normalize, store, and analyze the operational evidence you import for the workspace features you use. You also authorize Palyra to process account, contact, and feedback information as described in the Privacy notice.

Availability and changes

The product may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. Features are provided on an “as available” basis. Separate implementation or commercial terms will control if agreed in writing.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Palyra is not responsible for payment decisions, provider actions, lost profits, indirect loss, or loss caused by inaccurate, incomplete, unauthorized, or unsanitized input data. Nothing here excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
